The Expression of Interest and accompanying documents must be received by PPGPL no later than August 31, 2025 at 4:00 P. M. AST, via e-mail to the contact person stated below. Please indicate in the subject line of email: Ref.: “Development and Implementation of an Asset Management System in Compliance with the ISO 55000 Series” on all submissions. This call for Expression of Interest does not constitute solicitation or tender. PPGPL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or the subsequent tendering process.

Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) is seeking EOI for the provision of services to conduct a Plant Maintenance Audit. The audit will evaluate the performance and integrity of PPGPL’s current maintenance processes and recommend practical improvements.

Heater Replacement Project
The strategy for execution of the Heater Replacement Project is to utilize a fixed lump sum Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract. The project is brownfield for which the scope consists of the following:
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction:
- Hot Oil Heater
- Regeneration Gas Heater
- Hot Tap connections
- Pre-commissioning
- As-built drawings
The H-201 and H-501 Direct Fired Heaters are essential components for the gas regeneration and heat medium processes at the facility. Both units have been in operation for over 30 years. It has been decided to replace both the H-201 and H-501 units to address risks related to equipment obsolescence, code compliance, and operability concerns. All equipment, material, and resources are to be supplied by the Contractor.
