Funding Application requirements:
- Signed Request for Funding Letter (mut be stamped and on organization’s letterhead)
- Copy of Registration Documents as NGO/ not for profit/ affiliated Ministry)
- List of Executive Members/Board
- Bank Account Information in Organization’s Name (include Account Name, Number, Home Branch)
- Download and Fill out the Citibank Paylink Form
