Ms. Mulchansingh has over 20 years’ experience as an Attorney-At-Law, and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The University of The West Indies. She attained her Legal Education Certificate from The Hugh Wooding Law School.
Ms. Mulchansingh joined PPGPL in 2011, and has full responsibility for the company’s legal function as the organization’s sole attorney. She is also the Company Secretary to the Board of Directors .Some of her key accountabilities include: negotiations and review of contracts, in-house counsel and opinions, in addition to being a member of the Management Tenders Committee. In 2017, Ms. Mulchansingh was appointed to the company’s executive management and leadership team.
Prior to joining Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL), Ms. Mulchansingh held several legal positions at various organizations building her extensive experience in corporate and commercial law.
