Rehea Jaikaran is currently the Manager Talent Management & Culture Transformation at PPGPL. Prior to this, she was the Senior HR Officer-Team Lead, a position she held from 2010 to 2016. Rehea joined the organization in 2000 in the position of HR Officer.
Rehea has 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management. In the course of her career, she has developed skills and expertise in the management and administration of the core Human Resource functions.
She attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies with honours from The University of the West Indies in 1994 and attained a Master of Business Administration degree from the Henley Business School- University of Reading in 2012.
