Mrs. Bharat has more than 18 years’ experience in the energy sector of Trinidad and Tobago. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), holds an MBA from Herriot Watt University and a B.Sc. degree in Economics and Finance from the University of the West Indies. She is also a certified project management professional (PMP). Prior to joining PPGPL, she was employed at Atlantic LNG where she provided project accounting support for the Train 4 project and then to the engineering team.
Mrs. Bharat has been employed with PPGPL since 2007 where she joined as a Business Development Project Leader. In this role, she provided significant support towards the development of PPGPL’s growth strategy while representing the company at various stakeholder meetings with international partners. In 2017 she was promoted to the role of Team Lead- Business Development and was a key contributor to PPGPL’s first acquisition while in this position.
